Big thanks to Pixel-Dan for reporting and reviewing collectibles! I haven't seen any postings on release dates for TMNT classics wave 2 Bebop and Rocksteady but here it is FYI from Playmates Toys Customer service:
"Product is shipping and should be in the stores in March.
Thank you for contacting Playmates Toys, the product your requesting should be found in the following retail stores. Toys R Us, Target, K-Mart and Wal-Mart Stores along with the online stores too.You may visit our website and see if we have available at this time."
Seeing these up close, I really am more impressed with the sculpts than I was upon first seeing them. The head sculpts look awesome.
