Here’s something I just thought was really cool at the Hasbro Showroom at the 2013 New York International Toy Fair. This is a new Video Game System for pre-schoolers called Beam Box.
In a very similar fashion to Activision’s very popular Skylanders video game, this new Transformers Rescue Bots game allows pre-schoolers to take their Rescu Bots mini figures and transport them into a video game!
The system will retail for around $50 and include one Transformers Rescue Bots figure. Addition figures for the game will retail for about $7. If you’ve got kids, this would probably be great fun for them!

There was a lot to see at the Hasbro booth, and most of you by now have probably seen many photos from the event. A find that could be considered almost robbery, because you got such an amazing deal on a piece that goes for way more money than you’d ever pay online? A find that fills your toy collector heart with much joy and pride?
The answer is yes. Yes you have. At least, I’m willing to bet you have. I have certainly been in that position many times, but never had the luck that I always dreamed of. That was until a week ago, when I stumbled upon the Rummage Sale from Heaven.
