Though I'm not a super fan of MOTU, I've always gotten a good laugh out of some of the odder members of the cast. So, as a result, I'm giving my vote to someone that pretty much NO ONE else would choose as their favorite: Songster. Though I've never actually seen the live show that he hails from, just the concept of him makes me laugh. You have all of these beefy, armored, and individually-themed warriors and WHO do you add to that universe? A musician with a rockin' guitar! Add on his impeccable jamming skill (He TOTALLY rhymes "Universe" with "Universe!") and his impressive backstory established in the It Figures podcasts of old (Still waitin' on that Bandages the Mummy figure, Mattel) and you've got a winner. He may not have won the MOTU Classics fan vote, but his spirit rocks on. Go Team Songster!

I'm going to be the first one and just say it He-Man. Every time there was a new figure in the old toy line I got it. He was my first Masters of the Universe figure when I was a kid so naturally he has a special place in my memories.

Dan! I'm still crossing my fingers hard and hoping the line will have long enough legs to get to my favorite all-time MOTU character…DRAGSTOR! I can't tell you how I pined for the figure as a little kid (I once actually cut out a picture of the figure from a catalogue and spun it around and around on my parents' turntable).
My favorite Princess of Power character is She-Ra.

I must say,this was a hard one to choose…
I was gonna say Bow cuz i was always into muscular,macho heroes and not so much into heroines and princesses but than i remembered how epic it was when frosta flirted with He-Man whenever he appeared in She-Ra cartoon.
So yeah,i would say that my fav character is Frosta. 🙂

My favorite character without a doubt has always been POP's Mermista. As a child I used to get excited every time she would appear on an episode. I never got to own a figure of her as a kid (Distribution of POP figures in the south west of England was very low at the time) but i did once find a Peekaboo figure at a school jumble sale (for 10 pence… score) So i bought her, took her home and made a fish tale for her. 🙂

I'm going to be a bit different on this one and say Huntara. For me, the most interesting character from the POP series.
I like all of the Cast of MOTU but if you twist my arm I have to say its Roboto, Pacifically the 200x rendition of the Robotic hero, I love his growth and the story of a machine growing to be more then the sum of his parts…. I know its very much Cliches but I'm a sucker for strong female protagonist and Robots Gaining a soul. And yes I also find Adora to be a great character, I would have liked her story more if in the She-ra Animated Series it showed her a bit more conflicted about her loyalty both because the Great Rebellion was not to keen to have one of there former tormentors walking around freely in there camps and because by what we see Hordak was kind of a father figure to her and her nanny ( who's name escapes me right now as i not seen the show in a long time).

Skeletor, Why? Glad you asked. Unlike many villains of the cartoons of the 80's Skeletor was not a bumbling fool. Played for laughs and his arrogance was very vast, but his plans were not failures. Most if not all his plans worked, heck even convinced He-Man to give up is power. It was usually through the bumbling of his minions or He-Man's fortitude did he lose. So that's why he is my favorite, because he was a viable threat to Eternia.

I loved the classic Faker. Evil copy of He-Man. Of course he was a copy. Of course he was evil. Skin color like Skeletor, wearing armor like Skeletor and on his chest-the sticker showing he was a robot. 🙂

Well…To be honest…im so poor i cant afford any of these….Just today I had to decide between buying a 99 cent bag of pretzels or soap…I choose the pretzels. But if I could name a favorite based solely on the pipe dream fantasy of owning one of these magnificent pieces of China manufactured art…I'd have to say, Jitsu ….yep, definitely Jitsu !
Well im a huge fan of everything MOTU but when Skeletor was reimagined as Keldor in the Mike Young version i loved it even more. Keldor is my answer.

Tough to say which is my character because there are loads I like, but my favourite character and my very first toy when I was a child is the vintage HE-MAN. He-man was the main reason why I love MOTU then and now, he's not just the most powerful man in the universe his wise, intelligent, honest, loyal, brave, never give up and there for his friend and enternia.

Man-at-arms in general but as far as MOTUC I have to say fang man… When I saw it first time I didnt saw an action figure, I saw filmation cartoons, I saw me as a child spending good saturday morning seeing he-man filmation episodes, I remembered all than happy moments playing with the figures and traveling through my imagination where eternia was alive and in my thoughts I pretended to be a traveler from eternia just waiting to be picked up to return to my home planet. Yeah… Fang man made me remember all that and better yet, made me feel the same things all over again so many years after! I have a sub so I have all the figures, so I wont be sad not to win but as I'm an international fan and my stuff takes about one month to get to me, and as I'm a moc collector… Your previews work for me as a wider window on whats comming to me and to my own figures so I see them every time a new one comes up, and many times I see the old ones again with the moc figures in hand! To tell the true was one of your reviews a few years ago, on the org, that made me with my nostalgy, to become an action figure collector as I only collect MOTU! So, as you can see I already won! Thank you dan and keep the excelent work…

My favorite Motu is "Trap Jaw". He was my first toy thirty years ago, and I still remember my mom gave me Trap Jaw as a birthday present. Trap Jaw became a part of my childhood memory, so definitely Trap Jaw is my favorite figure in Motu Classic.

My favorite MOTU is the original Stratos. It was my first He-Man figure when I was 8 years old back home in Puerto Rico.
My favorite Masters of the Universe accesory of all time is Castle Greyskull. Opening that box was the happiest moment of my childhood. I pre-order the new Castle Greyskull so I can re-play this moment next year at 39 years old. Thank you for your toy reviews and toy updates from Mattel at the conventions. They are awesome. I live in Florida now, but my passion for toys has always been within me.

Gotta go with He Man. There were other characters in the MOTC line (obviously in He man and Skeletor's inner circle), but without He Man there is no show/line.

Compared to the other ballon-faced, airhead figures and this guy's head was like a bowling ball. I eventually found a compatible rip-cord and played the heck outta that action feature! My Favorite character from the MOTU line is Thunder Punch He Man. When i was a kid ,now 40, i had saved up my lawn mowing money for a couple weeks and went to a store called "Jacks", now long gone, to get Thunder Punch He Man. I remember they didnt have him and I had to wait two more weeks to go back to see if the store had restocked. Two weeks to a little kid might as well been two years. My parents drove me back to the store and there he was. I was super happy. My parents wouldn't let me open him till we got home. We got home and I can't remember why, but we had to go to my gandmothers house or someone else in the family, it's a bit foggy as I am older. Well I had to wait again. Thunder Punch He Man was at home waiting for me. Ugh. While we were at grandmother's house or relative the phone rang and it was for my dad. I remember the shock as he answered the phone, he looked at mom and said the house is on fire! We were all pretty horrified at the moment. It was a sad day that we lost our house, but I never got Thunder Punch He Man until I found him at a comic show recently from the Matty Toy Line. Now he sits at my desk as I do my homework.

Id have to go with King Grayskull. He was just awesome in his one ep. It was amazing how he was able to take out all those Horde members with no effort.

For me it's a tie between two of the heroic Masters characters, Man at Arms and Mek-a-neck. The reason for those specific two is the way those two were portrayed in the 200X cartoon. I loved how Man at Arms was always inventing weapons and tools to help battle Skeletor and his evil alies. In the case of Mek-a-neck, they took a gimmicky character, and made him really into a endearimg character that really connected with me.
Squeeeze… ever since i got him as a kid its always been Squeeze. I hope he eventually gets made into MOTUC!
my fav character is Princess of Power ( LOO-KEE )I always was looking for him on that show n at the end of the episode when he reviled where he was I used to get mad I could never found him but know thanks to dvds I can go back where he said he was n YES!! he really was there I thought it was just a myth of him saying he was just hiding around the show….that's what made him so memorable to me and my fav character bring him on to the classics line LOO-KEE all da way

I remember when i was a kid and I use to have a lot of my He-Man toys and Transformer etc. Then one day My dad threw many of them away and all my He-man toys was gone. Then years later I found the Sorceress and still have her today. She is a reminder of days gone by and I glad I still have her.
