Great review, this is my favorite ME Cobra Commander yet. This is what the POC should have been like, the sculpt is great and he really looks like a commander.
I've always thought of the Hooded Cobra COmmander being his more "ceremonial" look, and his helmeted look his "battle-ready" look. Overall, I prefer the hood, but I love the helmet, as well.
CC doesn't look anything like this (from the neck down, at least) in the new movie, but this still makes for a pretty cool figure that I'll be sure to pick up.
It looks like the 2nd wave is going to be the more "movie accurate" one.
But I'm excited for this guy because, along with Storm Shadow, CC is one of my favorite characters of all time.
I like the look of this CC. Looks more like the CC I grew up with.
Thanks for the review, I agree the New CC looks good, up-to-date while maintaining the classic feel. I would probably dump the giant snake staff, repaint the guns and give Cobra some shading.
